General responsibilities include a thorough and complete knowledge of performing apartment maintenance repairs.• Carpentry• Electrical• Plumbing• Appliances• Gutter and down spouts• Stair/railings• Pools• Window replacement• Lock replacement• Floor tile• Light Fixtures• Ceiling fans• Exterior building inspections and related paper work• Proper use of hand tools and minor test equipment, sewer and sink machines, shampoo machineMust own personal hand tools.Locally owned and managed by Richfield Real Estate Corporation.
